Both the Homepage and ‘Get Support’ tab clearly lay out the different services offered by ChildLine and how to access them.
Include a clear sentence explaining your organisation’s purpose front and centre.
Simple visuals like photos and icons help users quickly understand your services.
Mentioning who your audience is can reassure young people that they are on a website made for them.
Don’t let any other messaging - as important as it may feel for your team - obstruct the main message of what your organisation offers to young people.
