Mind’s website signposts to other services that can be accessed when their own infoline is closed. 

On their homepage, they direct users towards 3 services to call when their services are closed: Samaritans, SHOUT and C.A.L.L.

Key guidance

It’s key to clearly inform when your services are available before introducing what other services can be reached outside of those hours. 

Provide a phone number followed by the country where the service is available from. 

Be clear about whether the service is available by phone or text.


  • Make sure the services you signpost to will be able to look out for the young people you help.
